Would you like to progress your sewing? have you struggled to work with floaty sheer fabrics like chiffon, georgette or silk? Would you like to expand your summer wardrobe ? On this workshop we will look at how to pin and work with difficult fabrics and also how to do French seams. There are two tops that can be made ; a very simple rectangle floaty top for beginners and for those who are a little more advanced a simple jacket/kimono pattern. 3m of Fabric is included, which gives you the chance to practice and make something, also the pattern for the jacket. Tea and coffee provided Price for the day is £90, the full amount must be paid before the workshop Skill level - beginner to intermediate Saturday 12th July Location - Coachworks 11am to 4pm Terms and conditions apply

By paying for your booking you are agreeing to the following terms: Sewing classes, courses, master classes, lessons and workshops terms No refunds or rescheduling: Due to limited enrolment and needing to know numbers in advance to book rooms and prepare materials as well as needing to know whether to go ahead with or to postpone a class, classes are non-refundable; transfers or reschedules are not always available. Please check your diary carefully before you sign up. If a course or class is very undersubscribed it may very occasionally have to be cancelled. The option will be given to transfer the booking to an alternative date or class, or get a refund. Payment is in advance only: I am unable to reserve spaces on courses or in classes without payment. Bring the equipment you need: It is your responsibility to check with me before the end of each class what you need to bring for your next class, email me if you’re not sure. This is so that you can be fully prepared and get the most out of each class.
